Daniel R. Marín, MD

Dr. Marín is a South Florida Native and Medical Doctor practicing in Miami, Florida who started ProForm MD to address the specific functional needs and challenges faced by discerning patients in the South Florida community. Dr. Marin specializes in pain medicine, functional restoration, scoliosis, musculoskeletal preventive care, and physical medicine.

William J. Bonner, MD

Dr. Bonner is a third generation physician whose grandfather was one of the early pioneers of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. He enjoys carrying on the family legacy and helping patients find long term solutions to their painful conditions.

Osvaldo “Ozzie” Perez, PT, DPT

Ozzie has been treating athletes and injured patients in the Miami area for more than 30 years. He is a dedicated practitioner who enjoys getting to know his patients. They all know him to carry an excellent tune during their treatments as well!
